These terms govern your use of the Groomed Growth website and services.

Services

Groomed Growth provides AI search visibility and content marketing services for real estate professionals. Our services include website auditing, content creation, search optimization, and related digital marketing consulting.

Communications

By engaging with our services or providing your contact information, you agree to receive communications related to our services. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may opt out of email communications by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables created by Groomed Growth remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, at which point client-specific deliverables transfer to the client. Our proprietary methods, processes, and systems remain our property.

Payment Terms

Service fees are outlined in individual client agreements. Setup fees are due upon engagement. Monthly retainers are billed at the beginning of each service month.

Limitation of Liability

Groomed Growth provides digital marketing services on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes. Results vary based on market conditions, competition, client cooperation, and other factors outside our control.

Termination

Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days written notice. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
